Music Education Right from the Start

I am a Cambridgeshire-based independent music teacher specialising in Kodály music education. I teach the piano to children and adults (beginner to advanced level). I run practical music classes, following an aural-vocal approach, for young children at the pre-school stage and the pre-instrumental stage. I lead workshops in Kodály practice for early years professionals, instrumental teachers and parents. I provide a consultancy service to nurseries, early learning centres and independent primary schools wishing to develop a music programme. I am developing resources and materials for pre-school and pre-instrumental music, and for teaching the piano and recorder with an aural-vocal approach.
